Road resurfacing works, marking the final phase in the roadworks at the Farronshoneen roundabout have been deferred.
Roadstone were due to undertake road resurfacing works during the night-time to complete the finishing touches of the works, which were completed just before the Christmas break.
In response to an update on a timeline for the works, a spokesperson for Waterford City & County Council said:
"Due to the current cold spell, the resurfacing works at Farronshoneen roundabout have been deferred. The dates for the next phase will be reviewed at the end of this week and notifications will be issued accordingly."
