Beef farmers will hold a vote tonight on whether to lift the blockade at ABP in Ferrybank.
It comes as a blockade of a Dawn Meats plant in Slane, Co Meath has been stood down.
It's the first time one of these demonstrations has ended since the dispute over prices began.
It's reported several containers of finished beef left the plant in the last 24 hours.
It's believed farmers protesting at Dawn Meats facilities in Waterford will hold a vote before the weekend on whether to stop picketing.
