Finally the day has come and there's HUGE excitement in Waterford this morning on All Ireland Final Day.
Already, there's an exodus of thousands of fans from the county on this foggy morning as they make their way to sold-out Croke Park for an epic showdown against Galway.
The sandwiches are packed, the raincoats ready and the blue and white flags are flying high
Fans queued early at Plunkett Station in the city, waiting to board the five past nine train to Dublin. Some said they hadn't slept much last night and many of them were up very early this morning packing their bags and making sandwiches and ribs! They praised the hurling team for the huge boost they have brought to Waterford.
As thousands of fans make their way to Croke park this morning by bus, train or by car, Gardai are reminding people to allow plenty of time for their journey. There are foggy conditions this morning on the M9 and on the N25 to Dublin via Wexford and motorists are advised to slow down and drive safely.
