There were celebrations for a Waterford City restaurant, as Everett's on High Street has received a Michelin Bib Gourmant 2022 Award.
Everett's accolade will be listed in the Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland 2022, which will be published on February 16th.
It's a first for three Irish restaurants in terms of getting Bib Gourmand; Cush in Ballycotton, Cork, and Éan in Galway, are the other two Irish eateries among the 16 new additions to the renowned guide.
Commenting on Everett's achievement on its own Twitter account, the Michelin Guide said the Waterford restaurant was added for "its generous dishes showcasing the best of Irish larder."
The team at Everett's also took to social media to express delight at the news
