For All Road Users
-
Stay alert: Always be aware of your surroundings and anticipate potential hazards.
-
Avoid distractions: Refrain from using mobile phones or other devices while on the road.
-
Obey traffic signals and signs: They are designed to protect everyone.
For Drivers
-
Adjust speed to conditions: Drive at a speed appropriate for the road and weather conditions, not just within the speed limit.
-
Never drive under the influence: Alcohol and drugs impair judgment and reaction times.
-
Wear seatbelts: Ensure all passengers are buckled up.
-
Take breaks: Avoid driving when tired; fatigue can be as dangerous as driving under the influence.
