Rescue 117 was involved in a multi-agency response to an incident on the golf course in Dungarvan yesterday afternoon.
A golf buggy carrying two men went over a shallow cliff on the edge of the course.
The ambulance service, Gardaí, Waterford fire brigade and the Bunmahon Coastgaurd were all called into action.
The two men were individually placed onto the rescue helicopter stretcher, winched and handed over to the ambulance service.
Its understood the men's injuries were not serious.
