
Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City and County Council for an 86-home development in Dunmore East.
Applicant Airfield Point Holdings Limited submitted the plans on June 13th for a proposed development at Airfield Point in the Coxtown area.
The applicant intends to build two detached units, 14 semi-detached units and 56 terraced units as well as 14 apartments.
The homes will be a mix of 4-beds and 3-beds while there will be 4 1-bed apartments, 2 2-bed apartments and 8 3-bed apartments.
Plans also include a two-storey creche and outdoor play area, and all associated site works.
A decision is expected from Waterford City and County Council on or before August 7th.
