A site which comes with planning permission for a seven-storey 85-bed hotel in Dungarvan has been put on the market.
Local developer Michael Ryan was granted the planning permission to develop the hotel at Davitts Quay, Richard Walsh Street and TF Meagher Street, Dungarvan in July 2024.
Cushman & Wakefield, the selling agent, is asking for €2.125 million for the brownfield site.
The property covers 0.42 hectares and includes a vacant, three-storey building that is currently derelict.
The planning permission allows for a seven-storey building. It would include a total of 85 units: 42 hotel rooms, 42 aparthotel rooms, and one penthouse suite.
