Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 126 homes in Dungarvan.

Cosmo Developments Dungarvan Limited are seeking permission for a large scale residential development on lands at Kilrush, Dungarvan.

The proposed development will consist of 126 housing units and a stand alone single storey creche.

The applicant seeks to construct 102 two-storey terraced and semi-detached homes made up of 50 3-bed units and 52 4-bed units.

Permission is also being sought for the construction of two three-storey apartment blocks comprising 12 apartments each.

These will be made up of 20 2-bed apartments and 4 1-beds.
