The death has occured of former Royal Showband member Gerry Cullen.
Gerry, late of Tramore and the Holy Ghost Residential Home, Waterford died peacefully in University Hospital Waterford yesterday (Tuesday).
He was a piano player as part of the original line-up of the famous Waterford band.
He was predeceased by his wife Monica and is survived by his children Louise, Stephen, Peter, Jamie, Emily and David, extended family and friends.

Gerry will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Thursday, from 5pm to 7pm.
A private cremation will take place at a later date.
