The crew of Rescue 116, who died in a helicopter crash in March 2017, will be remembered at the annual Dara Fitzpatrick Memorial Run at Waterford Airport on Saturday, September 14th.

Four crew members, Dara Fitzpatrick, Mark Duffy, Paul Ormsby and Ciaran Smith, died when out on a rescue mission off the coast of Co Mayo.

Captain Dara Fitzpatrick was based for many years at Waterford Airport.

All funds raised will go to the Waterford Hospice home care team and the Search and Rescue Dog Association.
