Gardaí in Waterford are appealing for witnesses to an incident of criminal damage to come forward.
The incident occurred on Barronstrand Street at 5.40pm when three men wearing black hats and black jackets entered a phone store.
The men then attempted to remove phones from a display cabinet, which they damaged.
They fled the scene on foot with a sole demo phone.
