Seven people with Covid-19 are being treated at University Hospital Waterford.
That's according to HSE figures from 8pm last night and is an increase of one over the past 24 hours.
A further 5 suspected cases are awaiting test results.
Two patients are in intensive care.

UHW has the second highest number of vacant general beds with 199 currently free, while there are also 5 vacant critical care beds.
There were 122 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Waterford city and county, as of midnight on Wednesday.
