Two cousins have died following a car collision in Co Donegal on Saturday night.
The single-vehicle crash occurred at about 11.15pm on the R240 at Cross, Quigley’s Point.
On Sunday, gardaí said a male teenager who was a passenger in the vehicle had died.
He was named locally as 16-year-old Kian Dawson, from Carnhill in Co Derry.
A 20-year-old man, who was pronounced dead on Tuesday afternoon, was named locally as Eoghan Dawson, also from Derry, who was Kian’s cousin.
An online fundraiser to help with funeral costs said: “We are the family of the boys involved in the recent tragedy.
“A quick trip to their favourite place soon turned into a living nightmare.
“Two beautiful cousins, Eoghan and Kian, were involved in a fatal road accident and now will remain forever young.”
Gardaí continue to appeal for any witnesses.
A spokeswoman said: “Any road users who may have camera footage, including dashcam, and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardai.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Buncrana garda station at 074 9320540, the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.”
