
Burst water pipes in Tramore have caused water outages for many this morning, January 14th.
Freezing conditions saw the morning begin with surface level ice on roads and cars.
Uisce Eireann has confirmed a burst water main in the Crobally Upper area of Tramore.
Water supply is expected to be impacted until 3pm with supply returning thereafter, following works.
Supply is also impacted in the Sweetbriar and Summerhill area of Tramore.
Households impacted by burst water pipes in Tramore in other residential or commercial areas are advised to report it.
Uisce Eireann referenced the areas impacted, stating: ‘Repairs to water mains may cause supply disruptions to Upper Tramore, Tramore and surrounding areas in Co. Waterford.’
