In a statement on the farm’s Facebook page, Manager Tanya Power stated: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who played their part in making the mini farm a great place to visit. No doubt there were many wonderful memories made here over the past 22 years. From the owners, to the staff, volunteers and the animals, with all my heart I thank you. And to all of you who have taken the time to visit Copper Coast Mini Farm, a huge thank you. It was a pleasure to meet you all over the years.”
The statement continued: “I would also like to take this opportunity to also mention that the Therapeutic Riding/Animal Therapy facility which was planned to open in Copper Coast Mini Farm during the winter/spring months will no longer be available here. I am still looking for an alternative premises and will keep you posted. It’s been a privilege to work with such great staff, visitors and animals over the years. I will miss you all very much. To a happier and brighter 2026 with new beginnings, Happy New Year.”
