Waterford Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man was pick-pocketed in the city.
It happened on Friday the 24th of March at about 20 past 8 in the evening.
Speaking on this week's Waterford Garda Watch, Garda Kelan O'Donnell says they're anxious for anyone with information to come forward.
"There was a theft from a person, which occurred on the Quay in Waterford," he told WLR.
"A sum of cash was taken from a man. He had just exited a shop when a woman took cash from his pocket and fled.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information in relation to the incident, is asked to make contact with Waterford Garda Station.

Meanwhile, this incident comes as Ireland has been listed in the top 10 pick-pocketing holiday hotspots, compiled by travel insurance experts, Quotezone's latest index.
It ranks the most popular European holiday destinations by the proportion of pick-pocketing mentions in visitor reviews.
Italy and France have the two highest numbers of mentions.
Ireland comes in ninth, with 30 mentions of pick-pocketing per one million visitors.
