A planning application has been submitted to Waterford Council for a development in the Dungarvan town centre.
The applicant, Walsh and Sheehan Limited, are seeking to convert a former commercial premises on Mary Street into six new apartments.
The former Irwins Megavision store in the town centre could potentially be converted into three stories of apartments - one studio and one one-bed apartment on both the first and second floors and two studios on the third floor.
The application seeks to change the use of the building from commercial to residential and will cater for access from the ground floor to the floors above, alterations to the existing site and all associated site works.
