Widespread power outages reported across Waterford City this morning have now been restored.

707 customers were impacted by an outage in the Waterford Industrial Estate area.

Elsewhere, 168 customers were affected by an outage in the Tycor area of the city.

Power was restored by 06:46 and 09:00am respectively.

Households or businesses who remain without power are advised to report the outage to ESB Networks.
