Members of the Air Accident Investigations Unit have arrived at the scene of a fatal aircraft crash in County Waterford.
The incident occurred at Lisselan near Waterford Airport at approximately 12.50pm this afternoon, Thursday.

Initial reports indicate that there was one fatality, the sole occupant of the twin engined aircraft.
Online flight data shows the privately owned Vulcanair P68C was travelling from Sligo to Béziers in Southern France when it turned around off the south coast and approached Waterford Airport.
There was a huge presence of emergency services at the site all afternoon, including the Fire Service, Ambulance Service, Gardaí and Rescue 117.
The scene has been preserved and the Irish Aviation Authority has been notified.
Investigations are ongoing and the R685 at Lisselan remains closed this evening.
