Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City and County Council for the construction of 14 homes in the village of Aglish in West Waterford.
Applicant Brian Hallahan seeks to construct 12 semi-detached 2-storey houses and 2 detached 2-storey houses in the Church Field area of Aglish.
The application also seeks connection to public drainage system, public mains water supply, public lighting and the construction of new entrance onto a public road as well as all associated site works.
Planners have rendered the application invalid and requested further information, which the applicant will be invited to provide as part of the pre-validation phase.
