Acquired Brain Injury Ireland has been operating in Waterford for 17 years now and opened a state-of-the-art Neuro-rehabilitation service in the city in April of 2021.

Rob Martin, the local Service Manager, told WLR News about what services are on offer here.

"We have one residential service and we have five beds in that so that's 24/7, 365 days a week," he said.

They also offer a community-based service that involves rehab assistants going to people's home and working with them there.
