Motorists are being advised to expect delays on the Outer Ring Road in Waterford City this morning on account of an accident.
The incident has occurred on the approach to the Farronshoneen Roundabout in the last few minutes.
Traffic is at a standstill at present. It is not known at this time if any injuries have been sustained.
