Fianna Fail's calling for action to tackle the rising number of lost bed days in the country's hospitals.
Waterford TD Mary Butler says new HSE figures show the number of bed days lost due to delayed discharges stood at over 197 thousand at the end of October.
She's calling for a Taskforce on Delayed Discharges to be set up. Mary Butler says the figures are nothing short of scandalous.
