A residential development is proposed for the village of Dunhill in Co. Waterford.

Recent planning application documents detail plans for a 44-home development.

Kent Homes Limited has applied for planning permission to commence construction in the Ballynageeragh area, just outside of the main village of Dunhill.

Plans include details of 14 two-storey four bedroom semi detached houses, 1 two-storey four-bedroom detached house, 18 two-storey 3-bedroom terrace units, and six single-storey detached and semi-detached homes.

Included in the plans are footpath links to Dunhill village itself, a new vehicular entrance to the site, and associated parking.

Submissions or observations on the plans may be made in writing within the next 5 weeks.

A decision will then be made by Waterford City and County Council.
