Water supplies have now being restored to Waterford City Centre following a major outage yesterday.

Crews worked through to last night after the mains pipe servicing the city centre burst early yesterday morning.

The Council say customers will have discolouration of water.

A number of businesses had to close because of the outage however they are back to normal today.
