Waterford footballers travel to Ennis this evening as they face a formidable Clare side in the Munster Senior football Championship Quarter-Final.
The Déise come into the game on the back of a positive Division 4 league campaign, which included three straight wins.
Clare surived in Division 2, following a final round victory over Tipperary.
The Banner have been ultra-competitive in recent seasons making great progress under Colm Collins and playing on home soil, they will be fancied to set up a semi-final date with defending champions Kerry.

Waterford captain Brian Looby says it really positive to finish the league campaign strongly, despite a slow start.
Speaking to WLR Sport, Brian says they need to move on from the days of 'moral victories'.
Brian says getting a win this evening, would be a huge boost for the game in the county.

Throw-in @ Cusack Park is at 7pm, the game will be broadcast live here on WLR with commentary team Tomás McCarthy and Gary Hurney with coverage getting underway @ 6:45pm.
Meanwhile, for the second successive weekend, Waterford and Kerry ladies footballers will go head the head, this time in the Munster Senior Championship.
The sides clash in Ennis this evening in the curtain raiser to Waterford's tie with Clare in the Munster SFC.
The Déise ladies secured promotion to Division 1 following an impressive win in Parnell Park last Sunday netting five goals in the process.
Waterford attacker Aileen Wall says depsite last weekend's win, it'll be another stiff challenge.
Speaking to WLR Sport, Aileen says the squad are brimming with confidence at the moment.
Maria Delahunty says the younger players have really grown into the squad.
