The President of Waterford Institute of Technology is encouraging young people to apply for their scholarship.

Five exceptional individuals will be awarded a bursary of up to €12,000.

The college is taking applications until the 1st of March from prospective students who are inspiring in their actions and behaviours.

It comes ahead of tomorrow’s CAO deadline.

Meanwhile, Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) has announced a reminder that its support services to prospective students and their parents are available ahead of the 1 February traditional CAO deadline.

Students and parents can make contact with a dedicated support team at WIT between 9am and 5.15pm.
