Minister for Mental Health & Older People, Mary Butler TD, has announced that the Department of Housing has approved in principle to Waterford City & County Council for the construction of 50 new homes at Fairlane, Dungarvan.
The development is set to offer a range of homes including houses and apartments, 1, 2, and 3 beds. The plans include a mixed-tenure development with an additional 26 affordable homes proposed also.
