The Irish Blood Transfusion Service is appealing for people to give blood in Tramore today.

A clinic will be held at Holy Cross National School in Tramore from 5.00pm until 8.30pm.

O negative donors are needed in particular as there’s just four days supply left.

This evening’s clinic is the only one scheduled in Waterford for the month of February.
