A plan to manage the risk of Covid-19 during the Winter months is under construction, but it won't be cheap - the Health Minister has warned.

The Health Minister opened by explaining that the most comprehensive winter plan the country has ever seen is currently being drawn up.
He warned warned that "nothing good" will happen to healthcare services if a second wave arrives and that New information on waiting lists following Covid "is very, very sobering reading"
