In Granstown Park another two-bed mid terrace house has a reserve of €100,000.

A four-bed detached home in Bracken Drive on the Old Tramore Road is listed for €135,000.

In the County a two-bed home on Keating Street in Dungarvan has a reserve of €65,0000.

€70,000 could get you an incomplete three-bed bungalow in Leamybrien.

And in Lismore an end of terrace four bed on Chapel Street has an asking price of €90,000.
