Waterford Music Week returns for its 6th year, kicking off on Monday, April 13th, 2026.
The week-long event celebrates the best of original music being created across the county.

Showcasing Local Talent on WLR

Listeners can expect a diverse mix of genres.
From indie pop and soul to hip hop and electronic, local artists will take centre stage.

Their music will be featured across WLR’s primetime shows.
This puts homegrown talent front and centre for audiences in Waterford and beyond.

Supported by All Together Now

This year, Waterford Music Week is supported by All Together Now.
The festival is Ireland’s largest independent music event.

Now entering its seventh chapter, it has won IMRO Festival of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.
Its reputation continues to grow each year.

Win a Chance to Perform at All Together Now

WLR has teamed up with All Together Now for an exciting competition.
One lucky independent local artist or band will win a performance slot.

The winner will perform live at Curraghmore Estate during the August Bank Holiday weekend.
It’s a rare chance to play at a sold-out festival audience.
