Awards to bring positivity locally
Launching the awards, Waterford Chamber President, John McSweeney said,
We are now entering year eight of the Waterford Business Awards and what better a time to share some positivity and promote our local businesses. We have introduced new categories this year and are confident there is something for everyone, so we are appealing to businesses to take time to reflect on the past year, be proud and acknowledge the hard work they have done by entering the awards.”
Managing Director of WLR Des Whelan added: “WLR is delighted to partner with Waterford Chamber, Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, along with Waterford Council on the 2021 Business Awards initiative. I think it’s more important than ever to recognise excellence in local business and industry.
