Tour de Munster is returning to the streets of Waterford next week as the three-day cycle kicks off on Thursday, August 4th.
The 600km route across the six counties of Munster is in an attempt to raise funds for Down Syndrome Ireland's Munster branches.
The Tour will launch from The English Market on Grand Parade in Cork City and will return to Cork on August 7th. The cyclists' final stretch will be to tackle St. Patrick's Hill in the heart of the city.
They are expected to arrive in Lismore between 12 and 12:20 on Thursday, the 4th. Here they will head to MACE for refreshments before continuing on their journey.

This year will be the 22nd charity cycle in the event's history. Over the past 21 years, the Tour has raised €3.5 million for Down Syndrome Ireland. They became the main benefactors in 2010.
We are extremely appreciative for the funds that the Tour raises every year for the Waterford and Munster branches of Down Syndrome Ireland. These funds allow us to provide crucial services to our branch members. We hope for a safe and fun-filled journey for participants
Maria Rowan of Down Syndrome Waterford said.
International cycling legend, Sean Kelly, will get back in the saddle to take part in the charity cycle again this year. He will be joined by amateur cyclists from all over Munster to tackle the 600km journey.
