Dungarvan Town Pantomime says that given the current level of Covid cases, it has made the decision to cancel this year's production.
The statement on Facebook read:
We simply do not think it would be safe for our cast, and audiences under the current circumstances. We will definitely see you for Panto 2022 & we cannot wait for it.
The statement added that the society is definitely going ahead with its Santa Claus Anonymous Drive this November.
Earlier this year, Dungarvan Town Pantomime had decided to go ahead with its 2021 show over the month of December, but has since revised the decision.
