We’ve had a chat in the office recently and picked out 10 of our favourite gigs of 2025

Here’s how it went (in no particular order)

1. All Together Now – Curraghmore House, Waterford (Aug 1–3)

A highlight of the Irish summer festival season, All Together Now 2025 delivered a musical feast across many stages, blending chart-topping acts with emerging talent in a beautiful estate setting. Headliners included post-punk giants Fontaines D.C., indie favourites Wet Leg, and nostalgic pop icons like Nelly Furtado, while the festival also showcased genre-spanning acts from Bicep to London Grammar. The inclusion of stands and areas for art, food, wellness, and music, plus the amazing weather all weekend, made it one to never forget.

2. Oasis – Croke Park (Aug 16 & 17)

Britpop legends Oasis’s reunion shows at Croke Park were among the most talked-about gigs of the year, celebrating their iconic catalogue with a massive, multigenerational crowd. Fans loved the classics like Wonderwall and Don’t Look Back in Anger and so many more.

3. Electric Picnic – Stradbally (Aug 29–31)

Ireland’s flagship festival delivered its customary mix of genre-defining headliners, eclectic discoveries, and immersive experiences across Stradbally Estate. Electric Picnic remains unmatched in curating a weekend where international stars share space with Irish favourites and boundary-pushing sounds, making it one of the must-attend festival experiences in Europe.

4. Coldplay – Croke Park (Aug 29–30 & Sep 1–2)

Coldplay’s multi-night stand at Croke Park was an amazing sucess and included a wide and varied blast of colour, wristbands, and sing-alongs that turned Dublin into a glowing choir of thousands. With memorable performances of their biggest hits like Paradise and Fix You, the band proved why they remain one of the planet’s most trusted live acts

5. Robbie Williams – Croke Park (Aug 23)

Robbie Williams was back in Croke Park with another top performance in Ireland. As part of his ongoing Britpop Tour, the set mixed his greatest hits with new material from his latest era and he was joined on stage by our own Garron Noone for a live Irish singalong

6. Duran Duran & Nile Rodgers & CHIC – Malahide Castle (June 30)

This summer concert brought together the 80’s new romantics and mixed it with disco legends when Duran Duran sang the hits alongside Nile Rodgers & CHIC’s irresistible funk grooves. The open-air castle setting made for a night of memories, fun and 70’s and 80’s nostalgia

7. Moncrieff – Haven Hotel (Dec 9–14)

Moncrieff’s multi-night residency at the Haven Hotel showcased his highly acclaimed musical status to his local and Irish audience. The intimate surroundings of the Haven Hotel gave fans a chance to see Moncrieff up close as he sang tracks from his new album and more.

8. Stereophonics – Virgin Media Park (June 5)

Stereophonics brought their unique sound to Dublin this summer, playing the hits spanning their long career. Kelly Jones’s belted out the tunes and the gig was a highlight on the Irish summer gig calendar.

9. Zach Bryan – Phoenix Park (June 20–22)

Zach Bryan’s three-night Phoenix Park run was a put quite simply a country-folk phenomenon as he included some heartfelt storytelling and a performance that the fans just soaked up. The Phoenix Park surroundings allowed Zach to bring new life to each and every song he sang.

10. Sabrina Carpenter – 3Arena (Mar 3 & 4)

Sabrina Carpenter ignited the  3Arena with her catchy pop songs and, of course, her incredible stage presence over both nights. Her fans loved every single second of each night and it has certainly put her up there as a must-see live act
