We're on the brink of a global epidemic of sleep-related problems according to a leading sleep expert!

Consultant neurologist Professor Guy Leschziner believes that our current lifestyle is not conducive to getting a good night's sleep. This is bad news for our overall health.

In today's Daily Mail, Leschziner gives us a list of ten ways to get the most out of the time we spend in bed. These include setting a strict wake-up time and putting our phones away!
