Culture Night is an annual nationwide event that celebrates the richness of Irish heritage, in association with The Arts Council. For one night every year in September, arts venues open their doors to the public for free. Waterford will celebrate Culture Night with gusto. There are events across the City and County. And as with many festivals nowadays, this is a hybrid event.
