To celebrate Culture Night 2021, the Dún Garbhán le Gaeilge committee is running an online event, Seal le Seanchaí. This is a night of story-telling and lore, both old and new, from Co Waterford. Local Seanchaí, Séamus Ó Lonáin will be the master of ceremonies and local storytellers Liam Suipéil & Déuglán Turraoin will also participate in the event which gets underway at 7pm.

Seal le Seanchaí is open to anyone who would like to sit back and relax and listen to stories and folklore, poems and songs. However, if you would like to contribute by telling a story, reciting a verse, or singing a song on the night, you can get in touch with the committee. This is a free event, but spaces are limited. Therefore, if you would like to join it for Culture Night,  September 17th, you can contact Cabríní de Barra at [email protected] to register.
