Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a fire broke out at derelict house in Dungarvan on Thursday night.
Emergency services were alerted at 8.30pm to the incident at Coolagh, Dungarvan, which is near the Maxol petrol station on the N25.
Brigades from Cappoquin and Dungarvan attended, along with Gardaí, and when they arrived they found an already advanced fire.
It was eventually brought under control at approximately 23.40pm.
Gardaí remained at the scene on Friday morning.
The cause of the fire is still being determined and Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information or any witnesses to contact them.
