Whether you’ve lost a friend, family member, neighbour, teammate or colleague and if you are over 18, you are welcome to come along to HUGG Pop Up Cafes.

Take some time for yourself – share memories of your loved one, exchange coping strategies or simply be in the company of others who truly understand.
