The leaders of Fianna Fail and Fine Gael, Michael Martin and Leo Varadkar, have agreed a document which will pave the way for the two parties to form the next government. However some have called the 22 page document "highly aspirational". Damien speaks to Waterford Fianna Fail TD Mary Butler about this historic deal.
