A resident of the estate Templars Hall in Waterford says that the anti-social behaviour there at the moment is taking a serious toll on his family.
Keith Flavin says that last night partying started before 12 o'clock last night, and continued until the early hours of the morning.
Speaking to Damien Tiernan on Déise today he said that the people partying are 'like bats' - they only come out at night.
"We don't know who they are, or what they are but last night was just an absolute joke.
"There was a recovery van picking up a car - we don't even know who owned it - there were lads shouting and screaming into all hours of the night it started at around quarter to 12.
"From 8 o'clock in the morning until about 9 it's the quietest place you think it's lovely but they're like bats they come out in the night at go mad," Keith said.

"It's a cul de sac where I live and it's like a session street."

"I go to bed at about 11 o'clock - I have a full-time job and work 6 days a week and up at half 7 in the morning and I'm just wrecked.
"You would be wrecked because your sleep gets broken and then you're worried about the baby wondering if he's alright," he said.
Furthermore, Keith questioned whether people are looking after the properties properly and told Damien Tiernan his neighbour was horrified when she was asked to clean some of the properties.
"The girl next door to me took a job cleaning some of the houses and she told me after she went over to the first house to have a look at it and she told me 'there wouldn't be enough money in the country I'd take to clean that house'.
"She said she went into the bathroom first off and there were faeces discarded all over the place including human faeces," Flavin said.
