1. Government reject NPHET recommendation of move to Level 5
Despite recommendations from NEPHET to move the country to Level 5, the government have decided to instead put every county on Level 3 restrictions, with improved enforcement.
2. GAA Suspend all Club Games - Dungarvan player tests positive
The GAA have suspended all club games with immediate effect following a number of incidents in recent days. There was heavy criticism of large crowds celebrating a county final win in Cork.
Meanwhile a player on the Dungarvan team has tested positive for Covid-19. The player took part in the county intermediate football final between Dungarvan and Kill on Saturday.

4. Waterford Hospice Finds New Home
After years of delays, Waterford Hospice Care Team have finally secured a home in The Dunmore Wing of University Hospital Waterford. The "administrative base" will be on the upper ground floor of the new building.
5. New Saturday Night Talk Show for Comedian Deirdre O Kane
RTE have confirmed a new addition to the winter schedule with the announcement today that comedian Deirdre O Kane is to host a Saturday night chat show starting next month. The show will be called Deirdre O Kane Talks Funny.
6. GROW HQ celebrates 4th birthday
4 years ago today the state of the art Cafe, School, Gardens and Visitors Centre at Grow HQ on the Dunmore Road opened their doors for the first time. Today, the man behind GIY Michael Kelly marked the anniversary with a cute picture of his kids.
