Although Halloween is a few weeks away, residents in Waterford have reported an alarming number of incidences of fireworks being set off across the city. On today's show Damien speaks to Waterford woman Caroline Grant, whose pet greyhound was severely injured after being frightened by fireworks. She says fireworks are constantly being set off in her area and animals are terrorised.
