How can we grow tourism in Waterford? - Deise Today Wednesday 13th November

Damien Tiernen is joined in studio today by David McCoy from the House of Waterford Crystal. The popular visitor centre attracts massive numbers of tourists into the city every year. However David believes we can be doing more to grow and develop tourism in Waterford city and county.

Damien also speaks to councillor Tom Cronin about anti-social behaviour in the local area; tree surgeon Dean O Neil explains how he wants to give away 1,000 free trees and the benefits of doing so; Thomas McGrath from Dungarvan Cycling Club responds to new regulations relating to dangerous driving around cyclists; and Damien also gets the reaction of theatre goers to Jim Nolan's new play "The Red Iron".

In the second part of the programme Damien speaks to Kevin Kiersey from the IFA who responds to claims that farming contributes massively to greenhouse gas emissions.
