Well Mams is a free weekly group meeting for pregnant women and new mums to get information and support on their post natal journey.
It is an opportunity for Mams to meet together in a relaxed environment, to connect with other pregnant women and new Mums, share experiences and learn tips & techniques for looking after their own health & wellbeing.
the group will regularly cover a variety of maternal health subjects in which an expert guest or UHW Midwife will join the meetings to have friendly chats and give information or participate in wellbeing activities.
Subjects being explored will relate to issues that may arise during the first year of life with a new baby and will include:
