Liam Cahill wants to protect Waterford's unbeaten record at Walsh Park under his watch.

The Déise have beaten Cork, Galway, Westmeath, Limerick and Tipperary over the past two seasons. Cahill's men welcome Laois to the city venue on Sunday.

"We take great pride in that. Walsh Park is their home and the Waterford people come to see this team perform in Walsh Park. We'd like to make Walsh Park a really difficult place for opposition. We'll continue to try and do that. We've two home games in the championship come April and May and we want to make sure that we have a hundred per cent record in Walsh Park throughout the league and championship."

Waterford v Laois will be the George Corbett Skoda Big Match on Sunday. Join Kieran O'Connor and Michael Ryan for live coverage from 1.45.
