There will be no Waterford team in Section A of the Munster Junior League next year.
That's after Waterpark suffered relegation from the top tier yesterday when they were beaten 31-21 by Skibbereen in Cork.
Waterpark did cross the whitewash three times through Captain/Outhalf Willie Walsh, as well as Steven Breen and Scott Hornibrook all dotting down. Walsh converted all of his kicks on the day.
The home side were not to be denied, however, with too much in the tank for the visitors to handle in the second half.

While Waterpark will be in Section B next season, they will not be playing any local derby games.
Both Dungarvan and Waterford City will be playing in the new Section C with the leagues being restructured for 2023/2024.
